a mile stone

hi everyone i know i've been mia but i have my reasons,.. sorry.. when last night i got on the scale and i'm under 200lbs finally... tomarrow is a year from my bypass surgery.. so i guess i need to call my surgen and make an appointment for a check up.. any i'm in a better place right now and looking for another place to live.. tomarrow i'm going to montery for the day it should be nice and cool.. that's  it for me i hope everyone has a great day..

That is awesome! I hope to get to that milesone myself!  How did you stay patient enough? I try not to weigh every day, but I am so anxious and anticipatory.  Good for you!
